Been a while since Barack Obama was elected, but still continues to be talked about for the right reasons.

Obviously, Barack Obama won a place in history, not only for being the first black president in U.S. history, but also because it is the Martin Luther King Systems, and with power.

Now, imagine yourself alone, pushed through the reform of the health system to North American and allow all Americans have the right to health, also prohibits insurers from rejecting coverage to people who already have diseases.

It's enough to say, YES WE CAN (to see to the end).

It's a shame that Michael Jackson has left us.

Loved by many and hated by many others, was undoubtedly a milestone in our lives, and certainly was an element of change in the way we see and do things.

For me, one of the great songs released by Michael Jackson (always ahead in their time) and could not be more on the agenda was the Earth Song. If you think about it, this can not continue, all together we must do something if we want our children and all future generations have the joy we had when we went through this planetazinho we call earth.

Well, our life is just full of cows.

Do not believe?

How many of you have blamed someone or something for your resignation?

Our cows are no more than the limiting beliefs that prevent us from al cancer success or excuses we use to do what we should do.

Cow , a book of Dr.Camilo Cross , tells the story of an old and experienced teacher who tries to teach his young apprentices the secrets of a happy and prosperous life. In this context, knowing the obstacles we face in the pursuit of happiness, understood that the 1st lesson would be to understand the reasons why people live clinging to conformism.

So, visiting a poor family, whose life revolved around a cow, and a year later, visit the house of the same family and see how everything changed when they released their Cow.

The book continues with explanations of the master to his disciples ... "We all have cows in our lives (...) We carry beliefs excuses and justifications that keep us locked into a life of mediocrity" ...

The remaining chapters are fertile on testimonies of people who have cows in their lives and where the author demystifies these limiting beliefs, allowing us to see how far we can go when, finally, we get rid of our own inner obstacles and show our potential.

The cow, shows that the real enemy of success is not failure, as many think, but conformity and mediocrity.
